The above prices are our standard room hire rates. These can be subject to negotiation, particularly for regular or long hirings. Please consult the Secretary.
Nature & Layout of Rooms
The rooms are elegantly decorated & comfortably furnished. Adjustable tables facilitate completely flexible layouts for theatre, classroom, board, or other forms of gathering as required.
Catering
- Coffee/Tea £1.20 with biscuits £1.50
- Business Breakfast £6.00 (Croissants, Orange Juice, Coffee/Tea)
- Finger Buffet from £8.00
- Lunch or Dinner in the dining room - a full catering service is available & can provide any dining requirement. We offer a list of high quality wines at advantageous 'Club' prices, or groups may bring their own (subject to a small charge for corkage).
Other Facilities
Normal conference equipment, flip-chart boards, lecterns, single-mlicrophone PA system, etc., is included. Specialist audio-visual or other equipment can be arranged by the Club as required or groups may bring their own.

Weekdays during normal business hours, other days and hours by negotiation.
