With a career spanning some of the country’s finest kitchens, Mark brings a wealth of experience, creativity and passion to our dining rooms. Having had the honour of cooking for His Majesty The King, he is committed to creating beautifully crafted dishes using the very best seasonal ingredients, whilst maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere our Club is known for.
Members have already enjoyed a number of Mark’s themed dining evenings, from Mediterranean sharing plates to his acclaimed Signature Dishes menu, with many more exciting events planned throughout the year.
